Mortgage Administrator

Job Profile:
**Mortgage Administrator - Paisley**

**PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are seeking a Full Time
**Mortgage Administrator **to join a Paisley based partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The firm are based in Paisley PA1 and are a successful and well respected mortgage and protection business.

The role is office based however partial home working is available.

Any new starter would be required in the office full time for the first 2 weeks of joining the business.

**We are looking for a minimum 1 years independent mortgage administration experience in a broking environment as a minimum.**

Base salary of between
**£22,000 and £25,000 DOE and is negotiable**

**The role is Mon - Fri - No weekends**

**Responsibilities**:

- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 1 years financial services linked administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
