**Edinburgh - Salary Guide: £21,000 to £24,000 (depending on level of experience)**

Our client is keen to secure a dedicated Team Player who thrives on doing the best job they can, covering all aspects of office administration together with answering calls, booking appointments and taking ownership of their tasks in a professional manner.

Ideally you will have a couple of years’ office experience - Customer Service focused with excellent IT skills, great organisational skills and a positive ‘can do’ work ethic.

This is a ‘Super’ busy role so having good energy and a good attitude/ personality is desirable. Plus a genuine interest in Property & People

**Must Haves**

Full Clean UK Driver’s Licence

Excellent IT Skills

Clear communicator both written and verbal

Smart appearance

‘Can do’ attitude and take direction well

**The Role**

Assisting the Team with a wide spectrum of tasks

Answering calls

Booking appointments

Referencing tenants

Creating leases

Preparing inventory paperwork for the start of tenancies.

Carrying out viewings to assist the team

Prepare annual rental certificates for landlords.

“One-off” admin projects as they come up.

Assisting in marketing of properties (photos, videos) and editing the material.

Arranging for keys to be cut.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- City Centre: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Office: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
