Lancashire & South Cumbria Foundation Trust are pleased to be expanding the Keyworking Offer which plays an integral role for children and young people with ASD and learning difficulties who are in crisis. In addition there is the further development in our offer of a CYP Autism Only Intensive Support Team. We are currently recruiting for Band 7's to support the leadership and development of this service.

The CYP Keyworking and Autism Intensive Support Service will provide a multi-agency approach to support children, young people and families/carers by delivering a co-ordinated, person-centred and outcome-focused approach to planning and supporting autistic children, young people and families/carers who require additional and sometimes complex support.

**We are hoping to welcome applicants with backgrounds that include Social Work, Health, Children's Complex Care, Transitions and Education in order to create a well-rounded team with a plethora of expertise.**

Applicants should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well autonomously and well as part of a team.
