**About us**:
Within Reach specializes in providing support and homely care for young adults and children who have complex needs. We are registered with Ofsted as a children’s care home provider and with CQC (rated GOOD) to deliver personal care.

**Role Overview**:
As a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader you will work with young adults with complex needs.

You will be overseeing Support Workers and supporting the team to work in accordance with care plans. You'll operate within the home and local community settings providing hands-on care to the people we support, so you can expect total involvement in everything we do.

As at least a team of 2, you will be supporting young people aged between 15 - 23. You will be helping them attend any educational or recreational activities during the day and assisting them in keeping their home clean, preparing meals and attending recreational activities such as visiting the cinema or a trip to the spa.

**Requirements**:
The Care Supervisor / Team leader role ideally requires a Level 2 in Health & Social Care, experience in supporting people with complex needs, competency in managing the daily responsibilities of the team and record keeping.
