**£27,929 to £34,308 per annum**

Providing operational support to the Head of Equality Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), this is an opportunity to join our busy EDI and Wellbeing Team in supporting the University’s commitment to furthering equality through a range of internal initiatives alongside participation in the national Athena Swan (AS) and Race Equality Charter (REC) frameworks.

You will help us produce a wide range of statistics and trends for inclusion into our Charter submissions and annual reports, offer advice and guidance on a range of EDI topics. Support the development of action plans, support projects and initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of actions.

You will be proactive and able to manage your own workload. You must be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and strands of activity, have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with a broad range of internal stakeholders.

This post provides an opportunity to broaden your skills and experience within the higher education sector; and is available immediately on a full-time indefinite basis.
