Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for an exciting opportunity in Human Resources? We have a fantastic opening for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our dynamic team at a large secondary school in Newham.

As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school's human resources functions. Your exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality will contribute to the overall success of our HR department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews, and processing relevant paperwork.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assisting with the administration of employee benefits and payroll, working closely with the finance team.
- Supporting the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with employee relations matters, including maintaining confidential records and supporting disciplinary procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
