IT Support Analyst

**Kent - Onsite 5 days per week - Inside IR35**

Our Client based in Folkestone, Kent are looking for a 1st Line support technician to join the team on a contract basis. You will be working on the service desk to diagnose and solve technical queries in order to support the business. The client is willingto bring someone into the business with no prior IT expereince but who has the right attitude to learn and is lookng to enter at more of a Junior level.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1st line technical support
- To ensure all customer tickets are logged into the support desk system
- To gather all relevant information and ensure all necessary data has been provided for troubleshooting
- To investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional and empathetic manner
- To engage with Customers after initial diagnosis and ensure all relevant data has been gathered
- To resolve and close tickets within the terms of the SLA & Support Contracts
- To keep the Customer updated on progress at all times
- Escalation of complex tickets to the appropriate senior member of the team
