**Salary: £36,000 package plus Airline concessions following probation period**

**Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Allocator to join our client at Heathrow Airport. As an Allocator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating resources to ensure smooth ground handling operations. Your ability to effectively allocate staff, equipment, and other resources will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the allocation of personnel, equipment, and other resources based on operational requirements and schedules.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of operational processes, procedures, and regulations to effectively allocate resources.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Ramp Services, Baggage Handling, and Passenger Services, to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and adjust resource allocation in response to changes in flight schedules, weather conditions, or other operational factors.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including team members, supervisors, and airline representatives, to provide updates on resource allocation and address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of resource allocation, including staff schedules, equipment assignments, and usage logs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of efficient resource allocation strategies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff members.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the aviation industry or ground handling operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in resource allocation.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and operational requirements is desirable.
- Flexibility to work in shift-based schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected changes or challenges with a calm and problem-solving approach.
- Valid driver's license is required.
