A well established family owned Italian Restaurant in the suburbs of Sheffield, is recruiting for a **Head Chef** with experience in Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers traditional and modern Mediterranean food cooked to a high standard and has an excellent reputation locally. In this role of Head Chef, you will be leading a team of 4 chefsto deliver freshly prepared and cooked dishes with an emphasis on pizzas, pasta, fish and meats along with chefs specials. The restaurant is open in the evenings from Wednesday to Friday and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.

**Requirements**:
A Head chef who has a proven track record of promoting teamwork, is enthusiastic, courteous, pays excellent attention to details and is flexible with a can-do attitude. A Head chef who has a passion for Italian regional cooking, works effectively and efficientlyto a high standard and remains calm under pressure.
