**Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a well-known marketing agency in the heart of Bristol, as they are keen to bring on a experienced Paid Media Specialist to the team on a full-time basis due to some significant growth.**

This is not always a given when working for an agency, but it’s something we feel strongly about, and have built our whole brand around these principles.

We believe that giving a VIP service leads to fulfilling work, but also translates to satisfied
clients and exceptional results — it’s really that simple.

For over 5 years, we’ve worked with and been critical to the growth of a diverse portfolio
of clients.

We’re now making our next hire during what is arguably the most exciting stage of the
company. We’ve achieved consistent YoY growth (despite a rocky economy) and have
walked away with paid media awards the past two years.

**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for team members who are curious to learn, to problem solve and
interested in personal growth. You’ll be rewarded with a generous package; but what
should appeal more is the opportunity we offer for the long-term.

You’ll be joining as a Paid Media Specialist, but the sky really is the limit as we grow. There’s no glass ceiling joining at this stage. You need to be motivated, proactive and moreover, excited to play a key role in a growing company. If you’re looking to coast, this isn’t the place for you. That doesn’t
mean we’re going to work you to the bone; we have a 35 hour work week, and our target
client capacity rates are below the industry average.

knowledge and skills.

Our portfolio is varied and interesting. You could find yourself working on:

- Startups through to listed companies
- A mix of B2C and B2B brands
- Ecommerce
- Fintechs
- Charities
- International campaigns
- Travel & Tourism

**What we’re looking for, relevant to what’s expected of the role**
- 2-4 years working in a paid media role
- Good knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager or aptitude to learn
- Agency experience

**Experience that would be nice for you to have**
- Account management/client facing experience
- Experience using other paid media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads and native platforms
- Multi-sector experience
- A working knowledge of Google Data Studio and Funnel
