Your role will be pivotal in delivering a seamless and luxurious experience that exceeds our patients' expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome patients warmly as they arrive at the practice, providing personalised attention and ensuring their comfort.
- Manage patient appointments, confirming upcoming visits and scheduling follow-up appointments as needed.
- Coordinate patient check-ins and assist with the completion of necessary paperwork and forms.
- Effectively communicate with patients regarding appointment reminders, treatment plans, and any pre-visit instructions.
- Handle enquiries and phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain the reception area and waiting room to reflect the high standards of our practice, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and aesthetic appeal.
- Anticipate patient needs and proactively offer amenities such as refreshments, reading materials, and complimentary WiFi.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and minimise wait times.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our services, treatments, and products, providing information and assistance to patients as needed.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards regarding patient information and interactions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the patient experience and contribute to the overall success of the practice.
- Take part in our regular Social Media and Digital PR campaigns

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards, reflecting the upscale nature of the practice.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Commitment to delivering excellence in customer service and patient care.
- Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
