We’re on the lookout for a confident and creative Marketing Executive to join our highly rated Business Development and Marketing team as we continue to support the firm’s ambitious growth plans.

What you’ll be doing

In this evolving role, you will use your graphic design expertise to create visually compelling marketing materials and support our marketing team in various capacities. Your specific responsibilities will include:
**Document Creation**: Utilising your proficiency in Adobesuite, Microsoft and other graphic design software, you will produce client documents, presentations, and materials that effectively communicate our brand's value proposition.

**Social Media and Website**: Collaborating with the Marketing Assistant, you will lead in scheduling, designing, and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms and website, ensuring consistent and impactful brand representation.

**Database Management**: Taking charge of the marketing database, Mailchimp you will meticulously maintain and cleanse the data to ensure its accuracy, relevancy, and completeness.

**Events Coordination**: Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be a driving force behind the organization and coordination of client events, aiming to create memorable experiences that strengthen client relationships.

**External Communications**: Your assistance will be vital in creating and distributing external communications through platforms like Mailchimp while managing the distribution list for effective outreach.

What do I need

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
**Proven Experience**: You will have at least 18 months of experience in marketing, demonstrating your ability to contribute effectively to marketing campaigns and projects.

**Graphic Design Proficiency**: Your strong understanding of marketing principles and expertise in Adobe software and other graphic design tools enable you to create visually stunning marketing collateral.

**Writing Skills**: With an excellent grasp of how to write for different audiences, you can craft compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels.

**Event Organization**: Your experience in organizing and delivering events showcases your ability to plan and execute successful marketing events.

**Time Management**: Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines, ensuring timely completion of marketing projects.

**Client-Oriented Approach**: Your well-organized and client-focused approach ensures that marketing efforts align with customer needs and preferences.

**Market Research**: You possess a good knowledge of market research techniques and databases, enabling data-driven decision-making.

**Communication and People Skills**: Your exemplary communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with various stakeholders.
