Are you the sort of person who could make a real difference in a young persons life?

We are based just outside Ipswich and are a specialist Children’s home, we are looking for Residential Support Workers. You do not need any experience just a commitment to our young people, an ability to manage challenges and to be able to use humour and life experience to diffuse situations.

If so, we need you to join our team. You will need to understand this is a home and therefore working some weekends and bank holidays is part of the role.

The role is demanding, the rota is organised over a set three-week pattern with sleep-ins which will enhance your pay. We offer comprehensive training package and career progression.

We believe that the desire to help young people outweighs the challenges of the role. If you are looking for a rewarding position, we would like to hear from you.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
