**Residential Children's Support Worker - Days**
Atrium Healthcare are recruiting on behalf of a client for Residential Children's Support Worker - Days to provide support to Children with Emotional Behaviour Disorders, Autism/ Learning Difficulties. Position is based in Hadleigh.

As well as competitive pay and in-house professional support, you would receive fully funded necessary training to achieve valuable externally accredited qualifications.
**Responsibilities include**:
- The primary responsibilities of our Youth Workers are to provide guidance and support to young people and to help them reach their full potential.
- Aiding and support usually on a 1.1 basis.
- To support the care planning and behaviour management of children in the home.
- Helping young people to develop practical and personal skills.
- Assisting with educational days/classes.
- Record keeping and documenting daily activities including medication.
- To support individuals to utilize community facilities.
Shifts include a mixture of 12 hour and 8-hour. These are worked around a rota of weekdays and weekends.
**Essential**:
- Level 3 Diploma Children’s Workforce or Health and Social Care (or commitment to undertaking this qualification).
- Driving license.
