**CLC Group Ltd **is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide. We are currently seeking to employ Painters working on our maintenance and refurbishment contract for the MOD through Amey in the Catterick area

Main purpose of the role:
We are looking for highly skilled, customer focused Operatives who will be involved in carrying out Void Work, Project Work & Reactive Maintenance in properties on MOD sites in the Catterick area.

The successful applicant will be hard working, reliable, with a positive disposition and good work ethic.

MOD security clearance will be required.

Working Hours: 40 hours each week Monday to Friday, with a ½ unpaid lunch break.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
