CLC is looking for painting and decorating operatives to work on our MOD housing repairs contract.
Specification:
We are looking for highly skilled, customer-focused operatives who will be involved in carrying out Void Work, Project Work & Reactive Maintenance in properties on MOD sites in the Catterick area. We also require Damp/Mould surveys and treatment.
The successful applicant will be hard-working, and reliable, with a positive disposition and good work ethic.
Experience in housing maintenance/repair would be desirable.
MOD security clearance will be required.
Description:
CLC Group Ltd is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide. We are currently seeking to employ Painters working on our maintenance and refurbishment contract for the MOD through Amey in the Catterick area.
You will receive a company vehicle for commuting and business purposes. The candidate will be expected to cover call-outs as part of a rota.
Working Hours: 40 hours each week Monday to Friday, with a ½ unpaid lunch break.
Salary: Competitive and negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
24-hour call-out rota subject to client’s requirements
