**4 on 4 off shift pattern - 07:00 to 19:00**

We are recruiting for a gatehouse operator to join the logistics team at a large and busy depot o the Nottingham / Leicester border.

On the main entrance and exit to the site you will be based in the gatehouse liaising with the drivers and planners to support movements on site.

**Duties include**:

- Checking Vehicles in and out the site and recording details using weighbridge.
- Communicating with the planning teams to ensure in coming and outgoing vehicles are exiting/returning in advised time slots.
- Checking visitors in to the site, inducting and accompanying them on site visits.
- General data entry/administrative task

Training is given for this role however experience in a similar role in gatehouse or transport planning is preferred.

**Key skills**
- Confident communicator
- Proficient IT skills
- Willing to put through basic DBS

Previous experience in similar role would be an advantage but full training will be provided

Must be available for:
Training on Tuesday 6th Feb

First shift rotation to start on Wednesday 7th Feb
