Job Summary
- We are seeking a hard working Team Leader to look after the running of the Cat Cafe on weekends.
- As the job title suggests this role will be on weekends only. The odd weekday cover may be required.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Managing the overall running of the cafe at the weekend
- Being responsible for the other team members on shift
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
- Cat care (including litter tray cleaning)
- Ensuring that cat welfare is upheld at all times
- Making customers feel welcome and at ease whilst also enforcing our house rules
- Confidently introducing our cats and their individual stories to customers
- Upholding the Finnegan’s Whiskers brand values at all times
- Waiting tables
- Taking bookings
- Stock taking
- Barista duties (training will be provided)

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Experience managing or leading a team or individual
- Hospitality and/or experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently and calmly under pressure
- Confident communicator
- Attention to detail
- Avid cat lover

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Barista experience
- Cat care experience
