We are currently looking for a Head Chef and Sous Chef to join our group of 5 contemporary and local pubs within the Cardiff and Penarth/Sully areas. A Chef de Partie position is also available.

**Head chef salary £33,000 + attractive bonus scheme**

**Sous Chef salary £25,000**

**Full time, permanent contracts.**

Our small group of 5 established pubs, each site boasting its own individual character, personality and style, but all with a strong uniting emphasis on freshly cooked, high quality food offering.

Being a member of the senior chef team, you will need a passion for all things cooking and take the utmost pride in what you produce. Other than our regular pub classics, you will have the freedom and creative control to produce your own seasonal dishesin fresh food kitchens. We expect our senior chefs to possess the enthusiasm, skill and flare to implement a regularly changing seasonal menu, but one with a modern, contemporary focus. As well as being responsible for the general organisation of your kitchen,you will take responsibility for GP attainment, ordering, menu costings, stock control, staff management, chef training & development. Additionally, you will be required to keep to financial targets and to maintain a 5-star hygiene rating.

- Someone with a background of working in a fresh food kitchen.
- Proven track record of running or supporting a professional kitchen.

- A team player who will be expected to be a hands-on chef.
