**Business Admin Apprentice to work for a sales and technical recruitment business based in Warrington**

**£212.00 to £250.00 per week**

**Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and 8.30am - 4.00pm**

**Main duties & Responsibilities**:

- Managing and posting job adverts online.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Creating documents and reports for management.
- Supporting marketing with ideas, design and copy for social media postings across, LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram.
- Maintaining our excel based sales dashboard, which showcases our year-to-date performance.
- Generating leads for the sales team.
- Maintaining, administering and updating the CRM.
- Setting up systems for new starters.
- Supporting with onboarding of new members of the team.
- Offering general assistance to all members of the team.
- **Desired skills**:

- Attention to detail and organisation skills, with a real care for the accuracy and quality of your work.
- Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills (this is a key requirement for the role).
- Be proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel

- Highly-motivated and ambitious individual.
- Have the right attitude and desire to learn.
- Have the confidence to handle incoming calls from Directors, CEO’s and Senior Managers of our clients.
- Be well organised and structured in your daily tasks and analytical and methodical in your approach.
- Willingness to get involved with other tasks.

**Desired Qualifications**:
GSCE grades 9-4 in English & Maths.
