**The job itself**:
**The role will involve**:

- An ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and co-workers.
- A willingness and enthusiasm to commit to the expectations of the role.
- An ability to adapt according to the needs of individual children.
- An enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally.
- Strong Numeracy and Literacy skills to be able and effective in supporting children’s learning.

Hours are 14 hours 30 minutes per week, to be worked Monday, Tuesday, Thursday afternoon and all day Wednesday. The post is term time plus non-contact days. The post is for the remainder of this academic year on a fixed term basis ending 31st August 2023.
