- 30-Mar-2023Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a permanent **FLT Yard Operative** to join a well-known appliance company based in the **LE4 area**. This company has been in business for over 30 years. A nationally accredited counterbalance license is required for this role.

The pay rate is £11.00 per hour.

**Working hours**:
10:00 - 22:00 - working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting recycling function
- Maintaining health and safety practices
- Safe use of an FLT truck
- Effective communication to staff on all levels.

**Duties**:

- General yard work
- Using compactor machinery during recycling process
- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck
- Ad hoc warehouse duties
