Mso Operator

Accept Recruitment is currently looking for MSO Plant Operative for our client, a waste management company based in Wanlip, Le7 area.

Main duties:

- Monitor and control the Material Sorting Operations (MSO) plant equipment and processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform regular checks and inspections to identify any operational issues or maintenance requirements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain records of production, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of waste sorting and recycling are maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of waste sorting processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required.
- Own transport due to location and shift pattern

Shifts and pay rates:

- 4 on 4 off
- 7:00 -19:00
- £12.75ph
