**About us**

Our Client is looking to fill a number of different positions within their Organisation, there will be some opportunities for hybrid working, some will be both from office and hybrid and some office based.

They are a private and social housing agency currently working with 150 Councils, Housing Associations and Supported living providers across the United Kingdom.

Their aim is to help reduce the Housing Crisis as the UK has a massive Housing shortage problem with almost a million people needing to be housed.

These tenants are on Universal Credit and have been in temporary accommodation for months and even years.

Our Client try to find properties all over the UK that can house these tenants and move them from Temporary & Emergency Accommodation to a permanent accommodation.

The challenge is that the councils only pay rents at the Local Housing Allowance rate which is normally considerably lower than the actual Market Rental Values.

On the other hand our Clients USP is that they offer Rent Guarantee, Legal Protection & Malicious Damage Cover Insurance with every Tenant they place.

**Opportunities**

They are a National based organization having 3 offices in London, Essex & Birmingham.

They are looking to further open more offices in different regions of the UK.

It is a fast growing Organisation with many different divisions and departments, therefore the opportunities are great.

It is absolutely essential that the applicant is Sales & Target Driven as the foundation of this role is built on the ability to bring Properties in for us to Rent out.

Will be calling Agents and Landlords and convince them to let us rent their properties out.

Find Properties to house the Tenants.

Property Inspections can be virtual and in person to make sure the property is compliant

Liase with Councils for their Waiting Tenants etc

Tenant Assessments for affordability and building a profile of the Tenant to market them to Landlords and Agents in best way.

Convince and Influence Tenants to move out of area.

Calling Tenants, Councils, Agents, and Landlords

Negotiate with Councils better rent shortfalls for landlords and cash incentives to rent their Properties to Council Tenants.

Convincing landlords and Agents to lower the market prices to the Local Housing Allowance Rate

Matching tenants to the properties

Arrange for Tenant viewings can be in person or virtual or recordings.

Complete inventory reports

Complete checks on tenants

Preparing Tenancy Agreements and Tenant Move in documents.

Be able to use Power point - to create presentations, import images etc and bullet points for presentations.

Tenant Mentoring ie helping the Tenant back into work.

Liasing with DWP making sure Landlord Agent gets paid

Chasing Councils for payments

As well as other duties needed to complete lets
