**Trainee Payroll Administrator - Guildford**
- Invoicing clients
- Preparing payment schedules
- Liaising with clients
- Registering new contractors
- Updating the Payroll system with contractor details
- Handling new client calls to set up first trade
- Preparing bank files for upload
- Formatting payroll schedules from clients to import into the payroll system
- MyDigital Accounts
- Ensuring accurate calculations
- Running payroll
- Running payroll reports
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Preparing PAYE payroll bureau
- Registering new contractors
- Handling Contractor queries Improving current processes
- Working to tight deadlines
- Delivering a high level of customer services at all time
- Answering inbound calls
- Supporting the growth of the business Issuing and preparing welcome packs for contractors
