Origami Energy is looking to recruit a part time HR Administrator to work alongside our Head of People.

Previous experience in the following would be ideal:

- Assisting in the recruitment process for new roles
- Ownership of the onboarding process for new starters
- Understanding review process (regular 1:1's and yearly)
- Able to update policy and procedures (with Head of People direction)
- Provide regular reporting via Bamboo (HRIS)
- Updating employee records
- Assisting with employee queries
- Working with Health and Safety team
- Tracking employee work anniversaries and updating weekly all hands slide
- Working on HR projects with Head of People
- Working with Line Managers on training and development initiatives
- Assisting with data on twice yearly employee surveys

The role will be mostly based from our Cambridge office but we can offer some flexibility on working remotely.
