**Position**:Project Administrator

**Contract Type**:Full Time PAYE

**Working Hours**:0800hrs - 1700hrs, Monday to Friday

**Location**:Westbury, Wiltshire

**Reporting to**:Head of Finance and Compliance

**Your role would include but not be limited to**:

- Hiring of plant and equipment.
- Liaising with clients about day-to-day project requirements.
- Management of Staff Working Hours.
- Booking of Staff Accommodation.
- Management of the Employees Training Matrix.
- Monitoring of Approved Suppliers.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Maintenance of our ISO and RISQS business management systems.
- Any other reasonable duties as required.

**Personal Skills;**
- Strong administrative skills are a must, so you will need to have worked in a role where you have previously utilised these skills.
- Always conduct business in a professional manner.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Punctual and able to manage time effectively.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Ability to identify and react to evolving operational demands.
- A strong level of IT competency including Microsoft Office is essential.

**Benefits;**
- Competitive Salary - £22,000 - £28,000, dependant on experience.
- 20 Days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
- Workplace Pension Scheme.
