**Apprenticeship Data Administrator**

**Role overview**

Your responsibility as an Apprenticeship Database Administrator (ADA) will be to manage systems and processes required within the apprenticeship team to ensure timely enrolment of apprentices throughout the year.

This appointment will be made on merit.

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out collation of employer and apprentice sign up documents
- Extract information from a tracking Spreadsheet in preparation for new apprentice intakes and enter apprentice and employer details accurately onto the scheduling system
- Update tracking documents
- Liaise with employers to ensure employers and apprentices are correctly added to the apprenticeship service for funding.
- Enrol new apprentices on to Bud system
- Create apprenticeship users accounts and enrol onto Moodle/ECS booking systems
- Raise Purchase Orders for apprentice resources (Books/ECS cards)
- Book rooms for Inductions at each centre
- Register apprentices with the Awarding Organisation
- Book online exams and liaising for invigilation
- Send out programme date reminders to Apprentices/Employers
- Collate and verify attendance records
- Complete forms and upload to portfolio system
- Claim and certification of units/aims
- Liaise with Training Officers/Student Services regarding absences
- General administrative duties as required
