We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individuals to join our team As a scheduling agent, you will be responsible for speaking to customers to arrange an appointment for a smart meter to be installed at their property.

**Hours: 37.5 hours per week**

Monday to Friday (no weekend work)

**Pay**:£11.50 per hour (Raising to £12.00 per hour following completion of probation)

- **Your Role**_
- Contacting customers to arrange an appointment for a smart meter to be installed.
- Speaking with engineers to amend their schedules to maximise their day.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and technicians.

- All customers are prewarned and aware that you’re going to be calling. Making it a nice, easy role on a day-to-day basis_

- Reliable and hardworking.
- Target driven and self motivated.
- Experience preferred but not essential.
- Confident phone manner
- Commitment to not only doing your job well, but to knowing the ins and outs of our products and services.
- Ability to think on your feet to find solutions to ensure objectives and goals are met.
- Fast learner and open to change

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
