**_People Strategy & Transformation Lead_**_ (Group lead Organisation Design) - 12 month FTC

We have an exciting opportunity for a thought leader with significant experience in Organisation Design who can bring their OD/OE techniques to enhance and enable the transformation of the organisation’s capabilities, culture, ways of working, shape and size. In addition you will also play an active role in supporting the effective planning and development of our People Strategy.
**About the role**
The Organisation and our people division is going through a period of transformation and change, this role is key in making sure that we stay aligned to our People Strategy and are set up for the future by owning and developing our organisation design methodology.
You will provide thought leadership and challenge current operating models to ensure we have a holistic future focused organisation design by mapping and prioritising the future organisation capabilities ensuring critical alignment to our purpose, strategy and transformation plan.
You will work with senior stakeholders to understand capability gaps and support diagnostic work while also supplying strong organizational design and effectiveness lens to the people strategy work.
**About you**
You will have an organisation design background and have developed a pragmatic and commercial approach. Possibly operating as an in-house consultancy capacity i.e a dedicated OD /OErole or possibly strategic business partner. You will have experience in leading on different strategic initiatives.
You will be a thought leader and be able to effectively research, analyse and diagnose business needs and successfully make commercially focussed and pragmatic recommendations that drive business outcomes.
You will work with directors and the senior leadership team so you need to be experience in stakeholder management and be able to influence at all levels.
