**So, what will the role as Marina & Estates Assistant involve?**
- Ensuring site inspections are regularly completed to keep our Marina in tip-top condition
- Operating machinery such as our boat hoist and lifting equipment
- General estate maintenance
- Supporting in the Marina office where required
- Delivering exceptional levels of Customer service to both new and existing customers
- General onsite support where required

**What experience do you need to be a Marina & Estates Assistant?**
- Being computer literate
- Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- An interest in site maintenance, and more importantly
- Boats

- A starting salary of £23,795 per annum
