**The Company**

We are a small team of professionals working with a blend of high-profile clients, public educational institutions, and private estates. The Watsons team provide a comprehensive range of services from project / hard landscaping, regeneration, and redesign, through to tailored maintenance packages.

Working on some of the most high-profile sites in the world, above all, our clients use Watson’s services for our discretion and professionalism.

**The Role**

**Activities can include but are not exclusive to**:

- Full lifecycle sports turf / lawn renovation
- Hard landscaping such as patios, walls, and garden structures
- Design and planning of new boarders / whole gardens
- Installation of a wide range of fencing and gates
- Hedge planting and management
- Pedestrian and Ride on mowing
- General gardening (both maintenance and planting)
- Site clearances and reinstatement

Personality and attitude are the principal attributes we are looking for. However, we are looking for someone how can display good knowledge and experience for the fundamental building blocks of Groundscare and landscaping.

Critically we are looking for someone who is willing to learn. Due to the dynamic nature of our business, we do not expect to hire people who can 'do it all' and we are very keen to offer on the job training.

You will be expected to attend various sites across Berkshire (and occasionally beyond). A driving licence and transport would be highly desirable but not essential as long as you are prepared to use public transport.

The Watsons team work very hard, but we also like to have fun whilst we do so.

Competitive Salary, dependant on experience.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
