We are a brand marketing and communications business based in Leicestershire, UK and we are looking for an Exhibition Project Coordinator to support our busy live events and exhibitions discipline.

You'll be an eloquent and professional communicator, problem solver and analytical thinker with bags of common sense and calm under pressure. As well as working with the Force Four team at HQ, the role will also require you to be client facing in the delivery of projects at client sites and well known venues around the UK. You'll have skills in negotiating with and coordinating key suppliers to deliver projects on time and on budget. Experience of coordinating live events and/or exhibitions is essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all project documentation
- Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
- Assist with estimation and bidding process
- Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- GSCE B or above in Maths and English
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstration of diligence and a strong work ethic
- A can-do and roll-your-sleeves-up attitude
- Full, clean driving licence
