**Customer Service Associate III - Social Media with French and English Language**

**What we offer you**
- Office-based at our fantastic centre located between Bournemouth and Poole.
- Permanent Contract of Employment
- Salary: £23,909.54 per annum and an opportunity to earn an additional £1066.67 annual performance-based bonus.
- £500 joining bonus as a thank-you for joining Conduent*
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week - Shift scheduled between 9:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday

**What we’re looking for**:

- Excellent verbal, written, grammar and interpersonal communication skills in French & English
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to write in a brand's voice
- Experience in Social Media customer support and/or general understanding of the Social Media landscape
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational
- A passion for all things digital

**What does a typical day look like?**
- You will be the voice of support by communicating with customers on Store Reviews, Twitter & Facebook
- You will track trends/feedback for the products you support.
- You will encourage more people to interact and participate in online communities.
- You will troubleshoot with users and process suggestions, bugs, and other information to ensure we are constantly improving the user experience
- You will optimize content so that it is more engaging for the users
