Are you a caring and enthusiastic individual who can provide care for our students? If so, Cheadle Hulme High Schoolhas a perfect opportunity for you.

You will provide targeted intervention and support to students who struggle to manage their behaviour and/or approach to learning in class, and work collaboratively with pastoral teams across the school to meet the needs of these students.
- *This position is contracted on a Term Time Only basis. This means you will mainly work when the school is open to students and will not need to work during the school holidays, unless the contract requires you to do so. In total you will be in work for 37 out of 52 weeks._

**Job Purpose **_**(**_For further details on the role, please see the Job Description via TES)_
- Support identified students within the classroom environment, within small group situations and on a one to one basis.
- Work with teachers to enhance student progress, whilst also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.

At the Laurus Trust, it is not just about what we do but also about how we do it. We are seeking individuals who are able to demonstrate our core behaviours which set out the expectations we have of our staff.

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Sound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent.
- Experience working in a school environment would be advantageous
- Ideally possess prior experience within a similar role
