**Location**: Maida Vale, London W9

**Contract Type**: Agency/Locum (3 months)

**Pay Rate**: £14-£16 per hour (assignment rate)
£10.97-£12.54 (PAYE)

**Shift/Working Pattern**: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week (09:00 - 17:00)

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join a dedicated team as a Children’s Community Nursing Service Administrator working closely with the children’s Special School.

***Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional administrative support to the children’s community nursing team.
- Manage patient records, ensuring data is correctly inputted and up to date in the system.
- Coordinate patient appointments, optimizing nurse schedules and travel routes.
- Compile and update medical records of children in the community.
- Handle confidential information in line with the organization’s procedures and UK data protection laws.
- Assist with invoicing, report creation, and other financial tasks as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and provide routine administrative updates.
- Possibility of aiding in ordering and managing supplies.

***Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a health care administration or similar role would be beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
- Enhanced DBS would be advantageous.
