The Logistics Administrator will suit an organised person who enjoysshipping, global export logistics and supply chain in a busy and interesting office environment. Hunters’ client is a privately owned, dynamic and innovative aircraft support specialist. All experience levels considered, hence the broad starting salary range

FT - Monday to Friday, 9-5.30

Logistics Administrator - duties:

- Allocate and monitor distributed shipments and assist when required with the organisation and prioritisation of the day to day workload requirements
- Process all shipment variations to global customers, facilities and suppliers
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with customers and suppliers
- Answer and make telephone calls with a confident and polite manner
- Negotiate cost effective shipment methods when required

Logistics Administrator - the person:

- An interest in global supply chain and shipping, export and import
- Experience working in an office environment - highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proactive, self-motivated and driven to succeed in a busy environment
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Analytical thinker
