West End Mortgages are a multi award-winning mortgage advice provider and we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Mortgage and Client Support Assistant.

This is a part-time role with up to 20 hours per weeks offered, spread across 5 days, although we are willing to accommodate alternative flexible working hours and days. Our focus is on client care and professionalism; you will not be asked to carry out menial tasks are **no** strict KPIs here.

We are based in the Finnieston area, however, and the role is a hybrid position.

West End Mortgages provide a blue-ribbon service to our clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the entire process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process new business efficiently and accurately.
- Administer client files with meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaise with clients at every stage of the process, ensuring clear communication and support.

**Example Tasks**:

- Prepare recommendation reports for clients.
- Update client files and systems promptly and accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and client service.

A minimum (ideally) of 2 years mortgage administration experience.
