This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.**

**What will you deliver?**:

- Undertake legionella risk assessments to a high standard in line with the latest version of
the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 (Fourth edition) and its associated technical
guidance documents of HSG274 and the British standard code of practice for Risk
assessing BS8580-1 2019.
- Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments manually and electronically.
- Drawing of schematic diagrams.
- Provide technical support where required.
- Ensure that Legionella Risk Assessments paperwork and reports are completed correctly
and returned within agreed KPI timescales.
- You may be required to carry out other operational work to ensure that
contractual commitments are met.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- City and Guilds or NVQ equivalent qualification relevant to the appropriate Tier grading
under job specific
- At least 1 year’s post qualification experience
- Up to date knowledge of technical regulations including Water Supply Regulations/Byelaws, L8 ACOP. HSG274 and any other relevant guidance
- City and Guilds training and extensive knowledge of the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 (Fourth edition), its associated technical guidance documents
of HSG274 and British Standard code of practice for risk assessing, BS8580-1 2019.
- Fault diagnosis and resolution
