**Employee Relations Advisor**

Our client is urgently looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their friendly and supportive People Function team. The role will provide a comprehensive and professional HR service to managers and team leaders by coaching and guiding them on generaloperational issues such as terms & conditions of service, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary, grievances, engagement, employee well being and diversity and inclusion.

With support and guidance from the Head of Employee Experience, the post holder will provide administrative support for TUPE and associated measures.

The ER Advisor will provide line management support to the HR Administrator and assist in the delivery of compliance and process improvements to positively impact on productivity, well being, retention, engagement and return on investment through KPI's,reporting and data analysis.

The salary range for the role is £31,000 - £34,000 annual, dependent on experience, plus other company benefits.

Ability to travel is required as you will visit sites in various locations, at least once a week. This may occasionally involve overnight stays for those locations outside of Yorkshire. You will need to be flexible, adaptable, and confident in your approachto work, with the ability to prioritise in an ever-changing environment.

**What they are looking for**:

- CIPD Level 3/5 gained or working toward and educated to Degree or Diploma level or equivalent experience
- Substantial experience of providing ER advice and training, developing and coaching managers in line with best practice and employment law
- Understanding and knowledge of current and future employment legislation
- Able to interpret complex information to provide solutions
- Excellent liaison and negotiation skills
- Flexible, adaptable, positive, problem-solving approach
- Approachable, highly motivated, emotionally resilient, open, and honest, reflective and self-aware
- Ability to utilise a range of communication methods with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Personal car and valid driving license
