We are the managing agent for over 120 Registered Management Companies located in Cumbria and Lancashire. The Companies include both block and estate management and we work with both freehold and leasehold property owners.

**Main duties and responsibilities**

To assist the Property Managers in the management of their portfolios of residential apartment blocks and residential housing estates by providing administrative support

To raise work orders and correctly allocate to expense codes

To liaise with other team members on matters such as maintenance, debt collection, outstanding maintenance issues and accounting

Raise sundry sales invoices for purchases and legal recharges

To assist the legal team with solicitors enquiries for sales and re-mortgages

Any other duties relevant for the effective management of each property

**Essential requirements**

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role

Experience of customer services

Strong IT skills in MS Office

An ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues both verbally and in writing

**Hours of work**

8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
