We are looking for an organised and efficient team player to join us in the role of Administrative Assistant.

In this role you will require excellent communication and IT skills as well as having an exemplary telephone manner. You also need to be an excellent team player with the initiative to work on your own and as part of a small team.

Steps2change provides a stepped care model for the treatment of people with mild to moderate common mental health problems e.g. anxiety and depression in line with NICE guidelines. Steps2change is a successful IAPT service which consistently achieves above average recovery rates.
