Oaktree Lodge in Clevedon are looking to recruit Care Leaders to work alongside other staff in meeting the needs of the residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance and support to individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients, promoting their independence and dignity
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Engage in meaningful activities with clients, promoting socialisation and mental stimulation

**Skills**:

- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and infection control protocols

**You could earn £27,000 per annum (based on 40 hour working week)**
