**Oaktree Lodge in Clevedon are looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant to work alongside other staff in meeting the needs of the residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.**

**What you need**:

- _Passion for caring for the elderly at a level that matches our standard of care._
- _A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference_
- _The ability to provide person-centred care whilst maintaining respect and protecting client dignity_
- _Reliability, flexibility and a 'can-do' attitude_
- _Good communication skills_

**Work will include**:

- _Assisting service users with mobility problems and other physical disabilities_
- _Assist service users with getting up and going to bed._
- _Encouraging people to be as independent as possible_
- _Weekend working_
