We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales Consultant to join our team in Essex.

**Position Overview**:
As a Media Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling advertising space across our premium media titles. You will work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop tailored advertising solutions to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and objectives.
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Create and present compelling advertising proposals and solutions to clients, demonstrating the value of advertising in our premium media titles.
- Negotiate advertising rates and terms with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and creative departments, to develop customized advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in media sales or advertising sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell advertising solutions to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to generating new business.
- Knowledge of the media industry and advertising landscape is an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: £12,750.00-£15,000.00 per year
