RG Consultancy are pleased to be supporting a reputable healthcare provider based near Eccles, Manchester.This is an office based purchase clerk role, joining a supportive team of 3 other members within the purchase ledger department.

Duties include but are not limited to
- Processing purchase ledger invoices / matching and coding invoices
- Create and upload Journals as required.
- Arrange immediate payment of both supplier and sundry invoices.
- Assist with month end payment runs
- Processing and input of employee expenses.
- Administering of the bank staff/Locum payments.
- Update and allocate the daily banking entries to the ledger.
- Supplier statement reconciliations, requesting any unprocessed items.
- Other ad-hoc duties

Skills and attributes:

- Ideally have good accounts experience preferably on Sage.
- Full training given on all processing systems
- All-round knowledge of Excel, Word, Teams, and Microsoft Office an advantage.
