We are seeking to recruit an experienced person to lead the management team at our Lister Project. Lister Project is a 25 bed CQC registered care service in Sheffield that provides 24-hour care & support to adults with diagnosed mental health conditions.Mental health services within Sheffield are undergoing significant changes around recovery to ensure that services within the city best meet the needs of those who require them. We’re looking for someone with the passion to make sure our service is a well-led,key part of the change and deliver great outcomes for our customers.

- 5a £34,996 - £37,839 pro rata
- Working hours 37 per week Monday to Friday (including occasional evenings and weekends work with staff & residents where identified)

**More about the role**:
To undertake registration with the Care Quality Commission to become the Registered Manager within the allocated registered service and take the lead on all regulatory requirements in line with our registration. To achieve these by providing effective managementto the service team ensuring that the customer needs are paramount. Ensure the service meets required performance and regulatory standards. Continually improve the service delivery offer to maximise outcomes for customers.

**Main Aims**

- To act as the operational lead with the registered service and ensure that service is delivered in line with the fundamental standards of care, set out by the Care Quality Commission.
- To take the lead on all regulatory inspection processes and National Minimum Dataset Reporting set out by Skills for Care.
- Oversee and monitor referrals, needs assessments, outcome and risk management plans and report to Programme Leads on performance, advising them of corrective action, where necessary.- Promote recovery within our residential care home. Lister is part of a mental health consortium that helps our customers to improve on their Daily Living Skills and move out to more independent living
- Manage the support processes and procedures in place, sign off and review client outcome plans, promote client involvement and oversee volunteers to maximise social and leisure activities. Attend external client case review meetings.
- Liaise with internal and external customers where required in regard to the project requirements and compliance measures
