We are seeking to recruit an individual who is passionate about leading a recovery focused residential care home, working within a management team of 3 at our Lister Project. Lister Project is a 25 bed CQC registered care service in Sheffield that provides24-hour care & support to adults with diagnosed mental health conditions. Mental health services within Sheffield are undergoing significant changes around recovery to ensure that services within the city best meet the needs of those who require them. We’relooking for someone with the passion to make sure our service is a well-led, key part of the change and deliver great outcomes for our customers.

- Salary - 4B/C £29,930 - £32,067 pro rata
- Working hours - 37 per week Monday to Friday (including occasional evenings and weekends work with staff & residents where identified)

**Main Aims**

- Oversee and monitor referrals, needs assessments, outcome and risk management plans and report to Programme Lead on performance, advising them of corrective action you intend to take
- Manage the support processes and procedures in place, sign off and review client outcome plans, promote client involvement and oversee volunteers to maximise social and leisure activities.
- Responsible for maintaining a high standard of the living and working environment, compiling the Fire Risk Assessments and adhering to all legislative requirements.
- Work within the budget set by the Programme Lead, take corrective action as required and provide information regarding contractual, regulatory and legal obligations, inspections and audits.
- Ensure the project is compliant in medication, infection control and regular audits are completed in a timely manner
- Along with other Managers, ensure the project remains a safe staffing level, ensuring the rota is up to date
