**JOB DESCRIPTION** The Team**:
The Sustainable Investing team sits within the JP Morgan Wealth Management Investment Solutions practice, and is responsible for leading the creation, development and execution of our sustainable investing offering. Critical to the team’s success is building relationships with individuals both internal and external to J.P. Morgan, including partnerships with advisors, asset class leads and control partners, as well as engagement with clients.

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and implementing a strategic client engagement strategy for our EMEA Sustainable Investing business, with a focus on partnering with our advisors and working directly with their clients
- Establish relationships with senior management and obtain buy-in on client engagement strategy
- Frequently meeting with clients to educate on sustainable investing and present our SI offering
- Helping internal stakeholders better articulate Sustainable Investing, through presenting at various local and Private Bank-wide meetings, in addition to developing content (FAQs, talking points, etc.) to assist client teams and specialists in delivering content widely.
- Partnering with colleagues across the Investment Solutions business, including due diligence, portfolio management, marketing, and control functions
- Creating/writing research and content for internal and external audiences, including marketing presentations, white papers, client case studies, etc
- Regularly supporting Advisors in responding to their clients’ sustainable investing inquiries, and meeting with clients as needed
- Partnering with local market leaders and events team on the development and execution of a Sustainable Investing events strategy
- Driving focused and strategic interactions with external stakeholders in delivering the private bank’s SI capabilities, including clients, key external partners, and selective speaking engagements.

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills**:

- Significant relevant investment industry experience, including deep understanding and experience in investment management.
- Familiarity and work experience with ESG and sustainable investing is a must.
- Key skills are analytical skill, decision-making, intellectual curiosity, intellectual honesty, pro-active and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding interpersonal characteristics, reputation, and team orientation, which will enable her/him to command the confidence, loyalty, and respect of investment colleagues and clients.
- This is a demanding job requiring highly motivated individuals who are willing to work hard to build up their knowledge base, performance track record and credibility within the team
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Willingness to travel.
- CFA or MBA a plus.
