**THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE**:
As a dedicated member of a bowling team you will assume a essential role in upholding the pinnacle of customer satisfaction by meticulously maintaining and managing the bowling lanes and Qubica bowling system. Responsible for the operational intricacies, you will conduct the cleaning regimen, routine checks adhering to maintenance schedules, and swiftly addresses technical issues, ensuring an uninterrupted and premium bowling experience for patrons. Collaborating seamlessly with the Duty Manager and external contractors, you will prioritise safety and regulatory compliance, while your multifaceted role extends to managing stock levels, assisting patrons at the reception, and ensuring Skillgate compliance. With a strong mechanical aptitude, a talent for independent work within a team setting, and prior experience in a similar environment, your contribution significantly shapes the quality and efficiency of the bowling facility. Preferred expertise in Quibca or similar bowling systems and a nuanced understanding of leisure and hospitality industries further enrich your capabilities, enhancing the overall service excellence you will deliver.

By diligently managing maintenance schedules, swiftly addressing technical glitches, and ensuring proactive communication with both the team and external contractors, you will maintain an uninterrupted, top-tier bowling environment. Your proactive approach to health and safety, from adhering to rigorous safety protocols to ensuring stock levels for technical items, ensures a secure and efficient space for both customers and colleagues.
